Job Description

Dinair AB is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to lead breakthrough air filtration solutions sales in Denmark. As a passionate salesperson with a strong technical background, you will be responsible for developing sales accounts and clients, as well as executing short- and long-term commercial targets in sales.

About the Role
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their demands and wishes.
  • Driving Efficiency: Develop and execute effective sales plans, achieve sales targets, and increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Sales Channel Development: Establish strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets to develop indirect and direct sales channels.
  • Technical Advisor: Expand Dinair AB's relationship with the market by selling air filtration solutions, advising customers on technical matters, and helping find the most suitable solution.
  • Awareness and Advocacy: Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness, and act as an advocate for assigned products.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have strong technical and business acumen, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to present information effectively, while your ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure ensures timely completion of work.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Has 3 to 5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products requiring deep understanding and explanation.
  • Background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree.
  • Successful track record in high-value product selling, pricing, negotiations, and account management with consistent delivery of growth and profitability expectations.
  • Experience in filtration and/or automotive sales/applications is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage and service accounts across the Denmark sales area.
  • Fluent in Danish (both written and spoken) and able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Experienced in working with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
  • Category B driving license.
