Job Overview
This role involves assisting our customers with intelligent market segmentation, outbound sales, and market analytics by blending technology, such as AI-tools, with phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach. You will become an integral part of our growth journey, helping define our strategic direction while working with our customers in fields like consulting and technology.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist customers with intelligent market segmentation and outbound sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Identify best practices to develop internal processes
- Work with CRM systems and AI-tools
Key Performance Indicators
- Conduct a minimum of 300 outreach activities in fluent Swedish, towards relevant decision makers, per week (via phone, email, and LinkedIn)
- Achieve at least 60 new leads and 15 high-quality business opportunities per month
- Accurately log all customer interactions and relevant information in Hubspot
- Develop and maintain a system for tracking and analyzing customer insights
