About the Role

This role involves collaborating with Commercial and Marketing or Trust teams to deliver data-driven insights and analytics. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for digging through our data to provide expert analytics and insights to different parts of the business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver actionable insights through analytical tools and methods
  • Pick the right solution for the problem at hand from your arsenal of analytical tools
  • Work closely with Commercial/Marketing or Trust teams to understand their data and goals
  • Present and promote work to enable data-informed choices
  • Mentor and transfer knowledge to more junior team members
Key Skills and Qualifications
  1. Deep knowledge of key analytical methodologies, such as regression, clustering, and A/B testing
  2. Experience delivering actionable insights leveraging BI tools like Looker and Tableau
  3. Strong stakeholder and project management skills
  4. Proficiency in R or Python and advanced SQL skills
  5. Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, or similar tools used for building data pipelines
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
