Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Transformation Strategist to lead our Infrastructure and Operations team. As a key member of our IT management team, you will be responsible for delivering stable, reliable, and secure infrastructure, as well as the operations required to sustain it.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of current and emerging infrastructure and operations technologies and practices, especially within the Microsoft domain. They will have eight to ten years of experience in IT and five or more years of leadership responsibilities, including strategy, budgeting, vendor management, and staffing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Transform I&O Setup
  2. Work with IT Senior Leadership Team on Service Portfolio and Governance
  3. Build Stakeholder Relationships
  4. Create and Align I&O Value Map
  5. Collaborate with CISO on Security Strategy
  6. Provide Direction on Emerging Technologies
  7. Drive Adoption of Service Improvements
  8. Review Effectiveness of IT Delivery
  9. Navigate Organizational Structures
  10. Build Successful Relationships

Requirements

  • Eight to Ten Years of Experience in IT
  • Five or More Years of Leadership Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated Experience in Influencing Key Stakeholders
  • Experience in Leading Cloud Adoption
  • Strong Third-Party Management Skills
  • Effective Influencing and Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to Build Consensus and Make Decisions
  • Experience in Developing Governance Practices
  • Experience Leading Distributed Teams

Location

The position is based at our HQ in Nørresundby. Group IT is located across our HQ and our growing IT office in Manila.
