Signode is a leading manufacturer of transit packaging consumables, tools, software, and equipment. As a Technical Writer, you will develop technical documents for user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and system operation guides.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer. Proficiency with documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Microsoft Office, or similar applications is required.

You will collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand technical specifications and requirements. Strong understanding of mechanical concepts, engineering principles, and manufacturing processes is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, writing, and editing technical documents
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand technical specifications
• Translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable content
• Maintaining documentation revisions and update procedures to reflect product changes and improvements

Apart from these tasks, the role also involves reviewing and editing content created by other team members for accuracy and coherence. The position is based in Denmark, with options available in Kolding and Sønderborg.
