We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Core Infrastructure Services team at Novo Nordisk. This role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security Access Management, where your expertise will be invaluable in shaping our journey.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally with certifications in Product Ownership or Management.
- Over 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a Product Owner or similar managerial role.
- Proficiency in core IT infrastructure technologies such as Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), along with familiarity in modern technologies like Entra ID, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into actionable features and technical deliverables for your product team.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, including Scrum and Kanban.
Role Overview:
As a Product Owner, you will be instrumental in driving the strategy for our core identity products. You will lead the insourcing of services such as AD, PKI, and DNS from external vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery with a user-centric approach. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining the vision, mission, and strategy for product roadmaps and development.
- Facilitating the planning of insourcing activities in collaboration with external vendors.
- Ensuring operational stability for AD, PKI, and DNS in partnership with the Operations Manager.
- Managing budget planning and accountability for product outcomes.
- Engaging in stakeholder management at all levels, including external partners.
- Assisting in strategic workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
