Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Project Coordinator to join our team at BEUMER Group A/S. As a key member of our project scheduling department, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining project time schedules for our airport projects.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning and Reporting: Utilize Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project to plan and report on various airport projects.
- Schedule Creation: Develop project time schedules for new airport projects in accordance with our Stage-Gate model.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress against established baselines, ensuring timely updates to project schedules.
- Communication: Effectively communicate project status and progress to project teams and customers.
About You
To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you:
- Hold a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have several years of experience in project/production scheduling.
- Possess expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English to engage with project stakeholders at all levels.
