The Online Marketing team plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fuelling expansion at SOUNDBOKS. We achieve this by developing and executing strategies that strike a balance between generating and capturing demand. Our focus is on building brand awareness to reach new audiences, encouraging engagement to drive demand, and fine-tuning campaigns to convert curiosity into action. All of this is done while ensuring alignment with cross-channel efforts, retail initiatives, and maximizing opportunities across markets.

As the Online Marketing Director at SOUNDBOKS, you'll lead and oversee all online marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, engage customers, and drive revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on creating harmonized strategies across all digital channels, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, customer-focused, and aligned with overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for executing and bringing those strategies to life together with the Online Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and refine the online marketing strategy to align with business objectives and growth targets.

  • Manage the online marketing budget and spend, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI across channels.

  • Regularly assess campaign results and optimize based on data to drive efficiency.

Online Channel Responsibility:

  • Paid Search – Develop and manage ad strategies for platforms like Google Ads and Bing.

  • Amazon Advertising – Manage Amazon ad campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display Ads, to boost sales and visibility.

  • Affiliate Marketing – Manage the affiliate program to expand reach and drive revenue.

Data-Driven Analysis and Performance Tracking:

  • Use analytics tools to track all online marketing efforts.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time insights into KPIs across channels.

  • Present campaign performance and insights to commercial leadership.

  • Analyze what works in ads, landing pages, and emails, and use data to decide what to keep or drop.

  • Continuously refine audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Manage a team of marketing specialists and external agencies, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

  • Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategy.
