We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to facilitate the implementation of a sustainable quality strategy in our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting a quality mindset and conducting quality-related training to relevant stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will contribute to the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) and strategies
  • You will support line management in implementing quality accountability
  • You will participate in the implementation of NCR management and accountability in general
  • You will identify cost of poor-quality issues and present them to (line) management
  • You will handle supplier/contractor quality assessment
  • You will establish audit plans, database, and KPIs for quality-related topics
Requirements:
  • You have significant experience with the implementation of QMS
  • You have knowledge of ISO 9001, and preferably, lead auditor experience
  • You have the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in an organization
  • Experience within renewable energy is preferred, but not required
  • You have good project management skills
  • You have experience with RCA (e.g., CAPA or 8D), D/PFMEA quality risk assessments tools, and supplier/contractor assessment tools, such as PPAP
  • Moreover, it is good if you have general knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
