Key Responsibilities:- Coaching teams in embracing and implementing the test strategy
- Ensuring a structured test approach by shifting left
- Planning and estimating test effort for various test activities
- Monitoring and controlling test activities
- Product risk assessment and strategy determination
- Controlling the test process throughout the test life cycle
- Setting up, maintaining, and reporting on quality metrics
Requirements:
- Experience with SAP and preferably upgrades to S/4
- Leadership experience in quality assurance across multiple agile teams in a SAFe setup
- Expertise in SAP test automation
- Ability to advise teams and ARTs on quality assurance
- Excellent communication and motivation skills
- Demonstrated strong communication skills
- Solid test methodology experience to support test engineers and developers
