Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Milan, or Madrid. As a key member of our Customer Success function, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional onboarding and service experiences for our growing customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer feedback and product ideas
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer adoption and advocacy
  • Provide ongoing support and training to customers to ensure they achieve maximum value from our platform

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within B2B SaaS or GRC
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer growth
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in English (professional level) and German (native level)
