With over 3 million subscriptions across TV & Streaming, Internet, Mobile, and Landline, our ability to manage transactions and optimize value is paramount to our financial performance.
About the Role- You will operate within the domain of channels (e.g., telephone, retail, self-service) and related processes (e.g., technology changes, address move), providing relevant data reports with metrics that enable insight on how to reduce churn, minimize down-migrations, and maximize up-migrations.
- You will automate and democratize insights and reports used to identify pain points, track KPIs, and movements to improve data access and facilitate efficient production of initiatives.
- Proactively monitoring and analyzing short-term performance and long-term trends of relevant metrics will help identify business opportunities that improve P&L and counter negative movements with due diligence.
- You will own, manage, and improve monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting and budgeting processes on relevant metrics like terminations, churn, and migrations to accurately predict trends and inform decision-making.
- Assessing implemented initiatives for continuous improvement and creating best practice methods for evaluation of initiatives will be essential.
