Sr. Process Manager - Aseptic Formulation and Filtration

Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading the formulation and filtration processes across our global sites.

Key Accountabilities

  • Set direction for the formulation and filtration processes.
  • Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to drive process improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive results.
  • Travel to other sites to collaborate with teams and drive improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Project management experience within a global stakeholder landscape.
  • Track record in creating followership through changes in how we work.
  • Experience in GxP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
