Semco Maritime A/S is an international engineering and contracting company with 2,400 employees and 40 years of dedication to the conventional energy sector and offshore wind industry. We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Tax and Relocation Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective global mobility policies and procedures.
- Provide expert advice on personal tax clarifications in collaboration with external advisors.
- Manage international relocations and related processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Drive the design, governance, and management of global benefits, mobility programs, and policies.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in advising on personal tax, experience in building up global mobility policies and procedures, and strong knowledge and experience within global mobility from an HR perspective.
