Plant Financial Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team at Danfoss A/S, a leading provider of engineering solutions that enable smarter use of resources. As a Plant Controller, you will play a critical part in managing and analyzing the financial development of our plant operations, ensuring that we maintain a high level of performance and efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in finance and accounting who can provide business partnering support to our plant operational leadership team. You will work closely with our BU controller and other company finance functions to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

• Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
