As a member of our Supply Chain Risk & Resilience team, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing CIM supply chain planning solutions within SIOP. Your expertise will help ensure high availability by prioritizing and securing capacity for materials impacted by CIM cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate demand and supply plan for a platform.
  • Manage and govern CIM planning within SIOP and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Govern overall platform-wise meetings with CIM PM & technical team.
  • Drive CIM performance meetings with SBUs and various other stakeholders.
  • Provide fact-based opportunities/risks of supply chain performance on CIM cases - Cost perspective.
  • Align demand vs supply plan with all relevant stakeholders (CIM, SBUs, Procurement, Buying, Engineering, Logistics etc.).
  • Drive task force meetings for critical CIM cases within specific platform, including risk mitigation actions and communication towards leadership team.
  • Ensure high availability and low LPF with an optimal inventory level for CIM relevant materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or MSc. degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or similar or relevant theoretical training.
  • Solid relevant experience with supply chain from a global organization, e.g. within the SIOP/S&OP area.
  • Solid practical experience examining and maintaining supply planning.
  • We prefer experience from the wind or a related industry.
  • Familiar with MS Office combined with significant experience within the area of SAP ERP / SAP IBP systems or similar.
  • Good understanding of E2E supply chain and the impact on business due to supply chain dynamics.
  • Goal-oriented with a good initiative to complete tasks.
  • Effective communication to all levels of the business and ability to maintain and develop productive relations across teams and regions.
  • Great stakeholder and change management skills.
  • High degree of analytics proficiency and good commercial understanding.
  • Ability to work on ambiguity to provide clarity.
  • Not restricting oneself within the roles & responsibilities boundaries and willingness to reach out for solving problems.
