Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Founding Creator - Product Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of finance for entrepreneurs and SMBs everywhere.
Key Responsibilities- Email Marketing
- Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns using proprietary internal strategies
- Manage email campaigns and automation flows via platforms such as Customer.io
- Produce high-quality, original articles written with the help of industry expertise and AI tools
- Produce short-form video content for various use cases, including founder branding on TikTok and Instagram, paid media ads, launch films, internal and external vlogs, etc.
- Develop video production skills, including filming, editing, and animation
- Provide support with customer support when needed
- Filter new customer leads and book demo meetings using techniques such as cold outreach, email follow-ups, and email automation
- Support the CEO with sales meetings when needed
- Assist founders with various administrative tasks, including supporting LinkedIn growth for the CEO, meeting scheduling, and email filtering
- Creative genius with the ability to produce high-quality written and video content
- Cold email experience and video production skills are highly valued
- Tech-savvy and intelligent professional with experience in automation
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Native-level proficiency in Danish and English
- Proficient with financial terminology and strong interest in learning more
- Exceptional ability to learn fast and digest new topics quickly
- A 'people person' with great service skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- At least 3 years of experience in a startup environment or relevant space
- No degree required, but top-tier bachelor/master programs are a bonus point
- Salary: Starting at €3000/month, with serious warrants and a clear timeline to promotion/salary increase
