About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Finance Controller to oversee financial controls, including month-end reviews, variance analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. This role involves managing regulatory and financial reporting while ensuring adherence to policies and controls.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee business-as-usual financial controlling activities, including month-end reviews, variance investigations, and collaboration with the business services team and Group Accounting to ensure accurate monthly close activities;
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, review and approve balance sheet reconciliations, address discrepancies, and escalate issues to Group Accounting when necessary;
  • Manage external reporting requirements, including submissions to the Danish National Bank, intrastat reporting, VAT reporting, and other financial disclosures;
  • Collaborate with external auditors and internal teams to support local and group audits, ensuring timely financial statement preparation and regulatory compliance;
What You Bring

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related disciplines;
  • 3 years of experience in finance controlling; prior experience in audit would be an added advantage;
  • Good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
  • Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationship management and internal & external stakeholder management;
