Omnichannel Director

About the Role
The Omnichannel Director will play a crucial role in shaping Novo Nordisk's market strategy and enhancing its commercial success. This position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a successful omnichannel strategy to ensure an exceptional customer experience, maximize the portfolio's value and reach, and enhance the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Utilize insights-driven decision-making processes to customize omnichannel strategies for every customer.
- Lead campaign development of visual identity brand/portfolio.
- Oversee and refine core brand messages to ensure they are tailored to customer needs and coherent across brands and portfolio.
- Be a strategic partner, providing customer-centric consulting skills, strategy design, and coordination.
- Identify and develop various channels (online, offline, social media, etc.) to ensure comprehensive market coverage and excellent customer engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in people management.
- Prior experience in marketing strategy, consumer behavior, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of effectively managing and implementing successful omnichannel strategies that have fueled business growth.
- Robust understanding of market research and the ability to analyze consumer trends effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in managing teams efficiently and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
