Precisely plan, coordinate, and execute one of the world's most significant events - the Presidents Summit conference. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the critical role of Northern Europe Conference Organizer.

This dynamic position offers a wide range of exciting responsibilities, including:

  • Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, catering, venue setup, audio-visual equipment and software installation, marketing, merchandise production, and other general support functions to facilitate the successful completion of the Presidents Summit conference.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across various departments within Presidents Summit Limited, such as speakers, performers, VIPs, sponsor companies, service providers, caterers, vendors, contractors, venues, market planners, media representatives, event staff, dignitaries, influencers, donors, administrators, accountants, lawyers, analysts, decision-makers, politicians, directors, producers, hospitality managers, moderators, interviewers, scriptwriters, content managers, participants, journalists, authors, recorders, statisticians, editors, committees, and researchers.
  • Preparation and distribution of schedules, newsletters, meeting notices, handouts, executive summaries, press releases, prize details, prizes listings, outcome reports, image files, rosters, responsibility charts, screen displays, teleprompter copy, policies guidelines, warning signs, traffic control plans, resources reserve data, perimeter access restrictions, permission forms, voting entries, engineering project inputs, seating assignments, accessibility statements, invitations, calendar information, accommodations lists, free or preferential services requests, setsheets, moral decoration surveys, line ordering, admission feedbacks, help desks manuals, liability waivers, awards evaluation matrix, layout design graphics template.

The selected candidate should possess relevant experience and qualifications related to event planning, guest relations, operations management, interior space arrangement, media integration, computer systems programming, management system practice deployment.
