Job Description:

Drive Logistics Transformation at Airbus

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Logistics and Repair organization. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for driving logistics transformation and improving our warehouse capacity needs alignment with product management, supply chain, and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and forecast global warehouse capacity needs to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Identify and introduce best-fit storage and transportation solutions to optimize logistics operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization in close collaboration with global warehouse leaders.
  • Define standards for material handling equipment and material flows across all sites.
  • Develop and execute project management plans, including investment budget setup and monitoring.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a similar field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management is required, with a strong background in project management and logistics operations.
