Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our Service Office (Head Office) in IKEA Taastrup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for participating in month and year-end processes, preparing annual accounts, ensuring accurate reporting of financial information, implementing internal controls, and providing value-creating analyses to support business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong analytical experience analyzing financial information based on legal and operating economic principles. Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software, particularly SAP. Good collaboration and communication skills, with ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Relevant financial background such as HD Accountancy or cand.merc.aud, with at least 5 years' experience as a financial controller in a large company, preferably with experience in Danish tax management.
