Job Description

This role involves leading the Engineering Manager / Sr. Engineering Manager for the NG-SIEM product group working on the LogScale Platform Global Serverless Platform team. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining operational excellence for global- and region-level serverless platform systems.
  2. Championing secure and high-quality engineering practices and promoting architectures balancing availability, scalability, and cost.
  3. Leading by example on customer and product focus.
  4. Striking a balance between distributed system engineering, end-to-end system resilience, and hardware utilization to drive our serverless platform mission forward.
  5. Hiring, retaining, mentoring, and growing our exceptional engineering teams.
  6. Fostering collaboration and engagement with various teams to ensure platform success.
