About the position

As Head of FP&A and Risk Management, you will have a unique opportunity to lead a team of ambitious finance professionals and drive business growth and success.

You will take charge of our forecast processes and reporting towards executive management, acting as a trusted business partner to ensure we deliver on our strategic and financial targets.

You will also lead our complex risk agenda and provide quantitative and commercial support to our trading teams as well as senior management on our enterprise risks.

Key qualifications and skills
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and act as a trusted business partner.
  • Develop and implement financial planning strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
  • Connect commercial and corporate performance with financial insights, including outlooks and scenarios.
  • Lead the risk management function, including risk calculations, quantitative analysis, and business partner support.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of finance, risk management, and financial instruments, and be able to problem solve.
  • Show a strong understanding of accounting and investment analysis.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of trading and energy market dynamics, and be adaptable to new challenges.
