About the Role

This mid-senior level position offers the flexibility of both remote and on-site work in our Copenhagen office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of complex Dynamics 365 CE projects.

You will work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) and experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and architect comprehensive Dynamics 365 CE solutions that meet client business requirements.
  2. Evaluate and recommend appropriate Dynamics 365 CE modules, customizations, and integrations.
  3. Develop technical specifications, solution architecture documents, and data models.
  4. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
  5. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
