VOS ApS is a leading provider of FIT tours, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in achieving successful sales and operations of our tours.

Sales Strategy:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our French FIT department. The main function of this role will be to achieve profitable sales and/or operations of FIT tours by effectively planning and executing targeted itineraries.

Responsibilities & Required Skills:

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent customer contact skills, with the ability to directly engage with travelers to plan customized itineraries. Additionally, you should be proficient in creating relevant, timed, and priced itineraries using various tools available.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tourism or Hospitality, with at least 1-2 years of experience. You should also be proficient in oral and written French and English, with additional languages being an advantage.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Good customer contact, direct contact with traveler to plan most-suited itinerary
  • Create relevant, timed and priced itineraries using different tools available
  • Book and operate individual tours, in close cooperation with our suppliers
  • Maximize profit margins on individual tours and sell additional services
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible rates
  • Liaising with the Contracting department when necessary
