About the Job

As the Technology Platform Lead, you will represent the Chemical API technology platforms within Product Supply's product development area, providing technical expertise and process optimization to support development projects and portfolios. You will serve as a key advisor and representative ensuring manufacturability, scalability, and alignment with project priorities and timelines while driving value for the development pipeline.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide expert guidance on manufacturability and scalability for clinical and market production, addressing technology platform-related issues with CMC-PS Project Directors.
  2. Lead and resolve complex challenges at the project, portfolio, or platform level, ensuring timely solutions to maximize pipeline value.
  3. Establish and maintain robust networks for knowledge sharing among CMC-PS Project Directors within DPP, promoting innovation and collaboration.
  4. Represent DPP in cross-functional projects across PSQIT and Novo Nordisk, ensuring alignment and advocating for Product Supply's priorities.
  5. Drive initiatives to optimize PSQIT technology platforms in collaboration with stakeholders, securing effective platform utilization.

About Your Qualifications

  • You hold an MSc or PhD degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, biology, engineering, or a similar field.
  • You possess at least 8-10 years of experience within pharmaceutical product development or expertise within pharmaceutical production at the technology platform.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry and global regulatory requirements.
  • You are proficient in English.
