">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Consultant to join our team in the Nordics. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will operate at the forefront of digital commerce innovation, driving strategic initiatives to help our clients achieve their business objectives.
">You will play a pivotal role in leading project pre-studies (Discovery), pre-sales activities, and high-impact client consulting assignments. Your expertise will be crucial in gathering and documenting technical and business requirements, and in defining and developing sophisticated technical solutions that align with client business goals.
">This role has a strategic focus on the Nordic market and reports directly to the Head of Solution Consulting, Nordics.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead and mentor team members, setting a high standard through your actions and insights.
- Cultivate broad expertise across highly specialised fields and multiple disciplines.
- Serve as a principal advisor, offering professional concepts to resolve critical issues and drive new ideas.
- Participate and lead Discoveries as a Solution Consultant or Discovery Lead, influencing cross-team and organisational initiatives.
- Develop, structure, and present innovative solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
- Drive organisation-wide communication and lead group-wide activities to foster a collaborative environment.
- Align meaningful goals with organisational strategy and support others in doing the same.
- Engage actively in knowledge sharing, host learning sessions, and contribute to architectural blueprint reviews.
- Create and share externally visible content, such as blog posts, webinars, or case studies.
- Stay updated with solution reference documentation and share knowledge on systems you master.
- Compose and deliver presentations effectively to diverse audiences.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- 6+ years of experience in solution consulting in E-commerce or related fields.
- Proven expertise in at least two products from our offerings.
- Understanding of development concepts to be able to talk the same language with the technical teams and explain technical concepts to a client.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to any audience.
- Strong skills in structuring and solving complex problems and presenting solutions to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and foster continuous learning and improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to drive organisation-wide initiatives and group activities.
- Experience leading discovery processes and managing team dynamics.
- Ability to work across project teams to resolve issues and drive task completion.
- Experience in creating externally visible content like blog posts, webinars, or case studies.
