About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities among existing customers in the DACH region and other European countries.
You will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the entire customer experience. Traveling to customers will occupy 15-20% of your time. You will be located in Copenhagen, at our headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop new business with existing clients in alignment with the company and sales strategy.
- Build long-term relationships with our enterprise customers being the lead point of contact and trusted advisor for customer account management matters.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Answer client queries and support challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Prepare reporting and forecasts, and complete administrative tasks.
