This role is a unique opportunity to join the Housing & Student Life Department at DIS - Study Abroad in Scandinavia. The successful candidate will lead a small team in improving logistical and administrative processes that support seamless student experiences.

The ideal candidate can balance strategic process improvements and team leadership while also being part of day-to-day operational execution of responsibilities and tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team (4 employees) in improving and executing key processes
  • Identify, develop, and implement digital processes that support and improve the students' experience
  • Coordinate arrivals logistics, housing matching, and general admin for the housing team
  • Oversee the administrative process for student residence permits and CPR registration
  • Manage content updates, functionality, and student engagement through the DIS Navigate app
Requirements
  • Process optimization skills with a data-driven approach
  • Strong system skills, including proficiency in exploring and leveraging technology to improve processes and efficiency
  • Collaboration skills, working closely with student-facing teams and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Hands-on leadership skills, leading a small team while actively being part of the execution of daily key processes and problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English
