What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for retention and expansion of our Webfleet customers. Your role includes delivering customer experience, adoption, churn & revenue growth. You will own the complete customer life-cycle of on-boarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal of customers' contracts.

You will inspire customer engagement and track long-term business goals. You will work closely with Sales partner, Sales Support, Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales to raise customer loyalty, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure a great customer experience.
