Video Sales Strategist for Japan

Job Title Summary
The Sales Manager for Video Solutions will develop and execute a video sales plan in Japan, achieving Japan sales budget for video and contributing to the APAC and Global video sales target each financial cycle. The role reports directly to the Sales Team leader and will be responsible for executing the plan and achieving targets associated. The Sales Manager for Video Solutions will use all the resources at its disposal, including salespeople, marketing, alliance, and support staff, to execute the plan and achieve the targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a video sales plan in Japan that aligns with Jabra's financial targets.
- Lead the sales team as the 'Video professional' in driving use cases, providing subject matter expertise, demonstrations, and presentations to Distributors, Partners, and Customers.
- Support at events, trade shows, and webinars with specific input on Jabra's Video solutions.
- Help each salesperson develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities in CRM, reviewing these opportunities daily.
- Participate in the Jabra sales forecast process and have specific knowledge of all significant sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A strong background and current experience in sales of IT, Peripherals to enterprise. Preferably in audio video (AV) solutions and/or video conferencing.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics.
- A degree-level or equivalent qualification.
- Business English communication skills.
