Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power Trader to join our trading team. As a Power Trader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trading processes and developing strategies to capitalize on market trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Covering full-time positions as part of the shift schedule
  • Daily trading and optimization of trading positions
  • Developing and implementing trading strategies
  • Continuous risk evaluation of trader and algo positions
  • Encouraging a culture of questioning the status quo
  • Sharing insights to optimize and rethink trading tools

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics and Business Administration, Finance, International Business, Finance and International Business, Economics, Mathematics-Economics, Mathematics, or a similar field
  • 0-2 years of experience as an energy trader
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and interest in learning about complex systems and methods quickly
  • Positive and competitive personality with grit and great team player skills
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
