Key Responsibilities- Align technology solutions with business objectives and strategies.
- Collaborate with Ramboll Denmark stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.
- Translate business requirements into technology strategies.
- Lead change initiatives related to technology adoption.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Capture new demand towards Global IT and work with Global IT to ensure business requirements are clearly articulated and validated.
- Ensure the effective and efficient use of technology provided by Global IT.
- Drive compliance with Global IT standards and support change management towards Global Platforms.
- Complete regular IT End User Services Team performance reviews and manage escalations on behalf of Ramboll Denmark.
- Report on IT KPIs to Ramboll Denmark Management.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in IT and business. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in Global IT and Ramboll Denmark.
The successful candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. They will also have a broad understanding of current and emerging technology trends and developments, as well as experience with program and portfolio management.
