This role offers a unique opportunity to drive commercial channel strategies and optimize cooler programs across EMEA markets. As a Beverage Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for developing local/global channel category insights and executing the EMEA cooler program based on these insights.
You will work closely with the MBB Commercial Director International and be accountable for our Pan-EMEA cooler program across brands. This involves setting direction on how to navigate and optimize channels towards customers and consumers, establishing and executing the EMEA cooler program, and driving annual cooler EMEA business plans with direct P&L impact within MBB.
The ideal candidate has at least 3-4 years' experience with a global FMCG organization, where they have sharpened their business talent. They excel in relationship-building and thrive in the role as initiator and mastermind behind marketing and sales activities. Additionally, they have an open and positive mindset, communicative behavior, and proficiency in written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop commercial channel strategies and optimize cooler programs across EMEA markets
- Establish and execute the EMEA cooler program based on local/global channel category insights
- Drive annual cooler EMEA business plans with direct P&L impact within MBB
- Work closely with the MBB Commercial Director International to achieve strategic objectives
