Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Marketing professional to lead our efforts in shaping the Home.Earth brand and messaging. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy that aligns with our mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a marketing and communication strategy that aligns with Home.Earth's mission and objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and prioritize marketing and communication efforts.
  • Craft and manage compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, newsletters, press releases, and more.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets and other key stakeholders to enhance our brand presence.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing and communication metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and communication strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Ability to work both strategically and with execution.
  • Commercial mindset with focus on delivering business outcomes.
  • Experience in working closely with senior management and guiding marketing and communication efforts at a strategic level.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
