About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Construction and Facility (C&F) team for Denmark, Norway, and Iceland.
  • Collaborating with the C&F team in the sales market to secure a complete store lifecycle focus including investments, long-term costs, quality, sustainability, and compliance.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize overall investment and cost levels in collaboration with the Regional Procurement Specialist.
  • Managing projects professionally and ensuring they are ready in time, with expected quality, to the best cost, in a sustainable and compliant way.
