Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-technology and multinational projects, driving them from inception to completion while ensuring customer satisfaction and project quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, purchasing, and logistic teams to deliver projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Leverage strong decision-making and change management skills to navigate complex project challenges and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective project scheduling, risk management, and progress reporting strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and excellence, fostering a dynamic service business environment that inspires team members to excel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the technology industry, preferably in the pulp and paper sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of pulp machines and processes, with a solid understanding of project lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English, with additional languages being an asset.
  • A technical education (M.Sc., B.Sc., or equivalent) is preferred.
