About the Role
As a Store Experience Leader with H&M Group, you will play a crucial role in building great customer experiences that elevate store sales and deliver an inspiring atmosphere. You will lead a team to achieve exceptional service and operational excellence, taking the initiative to elevate the collection and maximise indirect and direct customer service while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer customers high-level service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
  • Manage store merchandising, sales activities, campaign activation, and stock levels to maximise selling opportunities.
  • Analyse selling information and take responsibility for the visual direction of the store.
  • Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service.
  • Support recruitment and ensure induction and training of new starters.
  • Oversee store operations and be a brand ambassador, providing the best experience for our customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience taking informed VM actions based on commercial KPIs and sales data.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing experience.
