Job Profile

The Business Development Lead will drive business growth and customer satisfaction by building and managing key relationships with top clients in the Danish Retail and eCommerce portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Client Partnership: Manage a portfolio of sophisticated top-accounts from the Danish Retail sector, while contributing to grow them strategically as their Meta consultant, and meeting demanding quarterly revenue, growth, and solutions adoption goals.
  2. Solutions Implementation: In partnership with the Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners.
  3. Strategy Development: Use data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of Meta's solutions.
  4. Client Engagement: Serve as an external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work and collaborate with diverse groups of internal cross-functional teams.
  6. Campaign Execution: Guide the media, creative direction, and measurement strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and growing a portfolio of clients/accounts within the online retail sector, and a proven track record of overachieving on revenue, growth and solution adoptions goals.
  • Data Analysis: Being comfortable with using data sets and analytics to detect performance patterns and translating them into comprehensive solutions and actionable insights.
  • Digital Media Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, advertising technology, partnerships, CRM).
  • Industry Experience: 5 years experience working within the retail or e-commerce sector with marketing.
