Vestas is a global leader in wind energy solutions, powering sustainable futures worldwide. As our Logistics and ERP Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Global Repair Operation team.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate logistics, implement corrective actions, and develop production documentation. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, implementing preventive actions, analyzing data, defining new tasks, and prioritizing initiatives within New Repair Induction.

You will also be responsible for coordinating and carrying out specific projects, improving administrative processes, developing technical solutions, and navigating cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will create and maintain transparent documentation structures on SharePoint and MS Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and implementation of corrective and preventive actions as well as contribute to analyses, define, validate, and prioritize new tasks within New Repair Induction.">
• Develop production documentation to fulfill requirements within documentation, drawings, specifications, routings etc. to develop repair solution where critical to safety and quality are controlled.">
• Coordinate and carry out specific projects and tasks within lean in administration improvements, technical solutions and Technology Transfer projects.">
• Task coordination, status reporting, prioritization, and communication towards stakeholders.">
• Create and maintain a transparent documentation structure on SharePoint and MS Teams.">
• Navigate cross functional and cultural in a matrix organization, ensure overview of capacity and capability constraints and create plan for improvements.">
• Assessment and audit to ensure sustainable deployment of initiatives as well as facilitate Lesson Learned and document Best Business Practices.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• User knowledge of ERP systems (SAP GUI and PDMLink are most beneficial for this role).">
• User knowledge ECM (Engineering Change Management).">
• User knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint etc. and interest and skills within digitalisation and industry 4.0 methodologies.">
• Familiarity with project management skills, with the ability to plan, implement, and monitor multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.">
• High communication skills for coordinating and facilitating follow-up meetings and collaborating with stakeholders.">
• Fluent in English and Danish, written and spoken.">
• Drivers licence B.">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our package also includes a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Location
