Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integration strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Work closely with the Sr. Integration Planner to ensure effective planning, prioritization, and communication.
- Collaborate with BSI teams to drive strategic development and implement initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts to engage local and global teams, applying change management principles.
- Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ensure global engagement through effective communication and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in business management, strategy, or pharma-related subjects.
- At least 10 years of experience in Project/Program management, preferably in post-merger integration activities.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical production sites, preferably from Novo Nordisk.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Experience working in diverse cultures and representing Novo Nordisk values.
