Tinytots International Daycare & Preschool in Copenhagen, Denmark is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Montessori Educator to join our team.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary, pension, and benefits within the international childcare sector in Denmark, in accordance with collective agreements. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €45,000 - €60,000 depending on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing activities and lessons within our overall curriculum framework. They will provide hands-on guidance and modelling for teachers and assistants, ensuring a clean, hygienic, and safe learning environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement educational activities and lessons in accordance with our curriculum framework
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and assistants to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe learning environment
  • Observe and record children's growth, development, and behavior
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, administration, and staff through effective communication
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Essential Requirements:
  • High level fluency in English (Minimum C1 level; IELTS band 7.5 and above)
  • Training and certification in Montessori pedagogy and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in implementation
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in kindergarten
  • Demonstrable experience in Positive Behaviour Management
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Certification in Montessori pedagogy for 3-6 years
  • Bachelor's degree in Education / Early Childhood Education
Personal Qualities:

We are looking for a creative and patient individual who can engage and extend children's learning through play. You should be an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Work Visa:

Work visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate (non-EU candidates require a Bachelor's degree in Education / Early Childhood Education to qualify).
