  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Process Ownership: Lead the accounting principles and budget management for Management and Investment activities. Ensure timely activities and correctness by guiding accounting and operational teams to establish streamlined processes.
    • Quality Assurance: Establish effective quality assurance activities to validate correctness and compliance. Maintain a cost allocation calculation model to support distribution of overhead costs across countries and ensure compliance with transfer pricing rules.
    • Collaboration: Act as liaison between Business Controlling, Rental, and Accounting to align data structures and reporting. Support internal clients by ensuring a unified understanding of systems and processes.
    • Budget Management: Implement and facilitate budget management tools and processes to enable effective budget oversight by department managers and project managers across the group.
    • Internal Controls: Participate in internal controls, assurance activities, and audit coordination across our portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Understanding of accounting and budget management in a service-providing setup. Couple of years of experience with budget management procedures for investment activities/Capex is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, familiarity with IT tools and accounting software packages (e.g., SAP and Excel), and experience with process management/design.
  • Communication: Good oral and written skills in both local language and English. Ability to communicate effectively and work independently while being proactive and team-oriented.
