  • Plan, manage, execute, and control projects according to Vestas governance principles.
  • Ensure value chain alignment with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Set up effective project organizations, including solid governance structures.
  • Provide guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • A diploma or master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business.
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing medium to high-complexity R&D projects in a matrix organization with multicultural teams.
  • Project management accreditation, such as Prince2, PMI, or similar.
  • Solid language skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to guide project teams.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and engage in ongoing improvements.
