Role Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Email Marketing Specialist to join the Engagement Marketing team. This role will drive email marketing communication efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, build, and execute global campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end process for all email & push marketing campaigns; including planning, asset/copy collection, proof review, QA, executing, and deployment.
  • Develop and execute campaign optimization strategies using A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and other methods.
  • Assist in various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
  • Own the building of all email/push marketing campaigns in ESP, requiring experience with HTML/CSS.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights to Engagement Marketing and cross-functional collaborators.
  • Work to continuously improve all metrics, including deliverability, opens, clicks, and revenue.
  • Coordinate the global email & push campaign calendar and review process with consideration for other departments and stakeholders.
  • Prepare business reviews and competitive analysis/marketing research.
