Job Description:
Drive Recruitment and Employer BrandingWe are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to drive our recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in employer branding initiatives, working closely with the global MarCom team to enhance our brand awareness.
- Create and execute strategies to attract top talent and maximize employee retention.
- Develop and implement employer branding campaigns to showcase our company culture and values.
The successful candidate will provide expert HR consulting and coaching services to employees and managers in Denmark, covering the entire employee life cycle. This includes performance management, salary reviews, and engagement surveys.
- Offer guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Analyze data to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
This role will be responsible for facilitating HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and managing HR master data in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ensure seamless HR operations and administration across the organization.
- Develop and maintain effective processes and procedures for HR tasks.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; Danish language skills are an asset.
