About you: You have at least 3 years of experience in scaling a high-performing team while helping technical staff grow through constructive feedback. Nice to have: Previous experience in the energy sector and a strong understanding of the electricity grid can be beneficial. Experience in fostering an environment of continuous learning and mentoring early-career engineers is also a plus.
