Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that both internal and external projects are delivered on time, with agreed-upon quality, and within budget constraints. You will work with customers across various segments, including SMEs and enterprises.

We place great emphasis on several key aspects:

A significant portion of your daily activities will involve interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders in Automize's delivery projects. Your role demands the ability to plan, lead, coordinate, and efficiently juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

You will operate within the intersection of classic business infrastructure and traditional delivery models, while also exploring 'as Code' projects that adopt an agile approach reminiscent of software development methodologies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a candidate with at least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the IT industry, preferably accompanied by a technical background. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.

Key qualifications include:

  • A strong execution drive, with a natural tendency to take responsibility for delivering projects on time and with high quality.
  • A master's or bachelor's degree, preferably supplemented by certifications such as IPMA, PRINCE 2, PMI, or similar, along with training in agile project management (SAFe, Scrum).
  • Structured, communicative, and clear in language and behavior.
  • Commercial experience, coupled with holistic thinking.
  • Solution-oriented, persistent, and pragmatic in approach.
  • Willingness to drive both small and large projects, both internal and external.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Portfolio management experience is considered an asset.

A workplace that emphasizes values such as openness, a holistic approach to collaboration, and integrity.

An attractive salary package based on qualifications and experience.

A job offering opportunities for both professional and personal growth.

Employee benefits – pension, paid health insurance, lunch arrangement, TV packages, and social and professional events.
