Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Architect to join our Business Intelligence team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust data analytics platform using Microsoft Power BI. Your expertise will enable us to unlock valuable insights from our data, drive business growth, and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement best practices in governance, documentation, monitoring, scaling of resources and licenses, and life-cycle management.
* Contribute to an integrated data architecture within the Data & Analytics department, leveraging platforms such as Snowflake and OneLake.
* Oversee automated monitoring of daily production, resource consumption, platform usage, and compliance.
* Coordinate between the BI platform, business units, and IT infrastructure for production and development.
* Train users and developers on the platform, enabling them to utilize features and new releases effectively.
* Provide system support for platform issues and business support for change requests.
* Build and optimize data models in Power BI and our data platform, Snowflake.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience overseeing Microsoft Power BI environments and delivering effective implementations.
* Strong understanding of governance frameworks and the ability to establish Microsoft and Industry best practices.
* Expertise in documentation standards, monitoring systems performance, scaling resources appropriately, managing licenses efficiently, and overseeing the entire life-cycle of data analytics solutions.
* Advanced problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Qlik Sense Cloud.
* Proficiency in data modeling within Power BI and SQL.
* Hands-on experience with Python, R, and SQL and theoretical knowledge of Kimball dimensional modeling or other data modeling techniques in the context of BI.
* Understanding principles for designing and implementing cloud applications, specifically within Microsoft Azure.
* Experience with DevOps Pipeline.
* Excellent in business-focused communication.
